spazzychic	9:37a	Insurance Blows PSA My friend tripped while running and ended up breaking her fibula and dislocating her ankle. She has Cigna health insurance. Cigna is ruling that because it was an "accident" she is under their $2500 accident coverage cap. She's looking at over $20,000 in medical bills.
